Breakfast at Notchland is served in the Dining Room between 8 and 9:30 in the morning. Come down at anytime during that hour and a half, and you'll find fresh fruit and orange juice on your table.

For you early risers, hot beverages are usually available about 7:30 am. Please feel free to take a cup back to your room, or into one of the sitting rooms.

Please help yourself at the Buffet to:

Notchland's Own Granola Mix
Cold Cereals

For Breakfast each morning, your choices are:

Pancakes . . .
Blueberry, Strawberry, Apple, Chocolate Chip or Plain
French Toast . . .Orange & Spice, Cinnamon-Almond, or Plain
Eggs . . . Any Style; Your Choice (subject to the Chef's whim, ability, disposition, sleepiness, etc. Eggs Benedict are never available; most other varieties generally are)
