Dinner at Notchland Inn is served at one seating at 7:00 p.m.,
at individual tables, five nights a week, Wednesday through Sunday most of
the year, and Tuesday through Sunday during Foliage.
There are always several choices
for dinner and we take pride in accommodating our menu to most
dietary preferences or restrictions. Your selection is made from
a choice of 2 Soups, 2 Appetizers, 3 Entrees & 3 Desserts.
A salad is served after the Entree.

The Chef reserves the right to create
new and different dishes at any time from the freshest available
ingredients, in the market or the garden.
If your reservation is for B&B,
but you decide you'd like to join us for dinner, please let us
know as early as possible in the day, preferably before noon.
This way we can ensure that there will be enough of our individually
prepared food to go around.
A selection of wines, beers, spirits,
and cordials is available.
