	Things you should know about our 2008 Rates:
	A 2-night minimum* is normally required for reservations including a Saturday. A 3-night minimum* may be required for most reservations during Holiday or Foliage periods. Specific dates are listed below.

	Our wonderful five-course dinner is served most Wednesdays through Sundays at 7pm and lasts 2+ hours. Add $38 per person additional for all in-house guests. Ask about specific availability when you reserve your stay. Dinner is $40 pp for outside guests on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday and $45 pp on Saturday night. * Holiday/Foliage Rates apply 2/15/08 through 2/17/08, 9/19/08 through 10/18/08 and 12/19/08 through 1/01/09. Three-night minimums apply 1/11/08 through 1/13/08, 2/15/08 through 2/17/08, 5/23/08 through 5/25/08, 8/29/08 through 8/31/08, 9/26/08 through 10/11/08 and 12/26/08 through 1/01/09. The per night rate for additional people in rooms is $30 (regardless of age). Single Occupancy: When only one person occupies a room, deduct $30 from applicable B&B double rate.
	Midweek B&B Package Rates are available for 2-, 3-, 4-, & 5-night stays, Sundays - Thursdays, except during Foliage and Holiday periods. Call for specific rates.
