Maple Mustard Salad Dressing (Makes 2 Cups+)

This is one of our most often requested recipes!

Ingredients:

¼ Cup Coarse Mustard ¼ Cup Balsamic Vinegar 1/3 Cup Maple Syrup

¼ tsp. Salt ¼ tsp. Pepper 1 tsp. Tarragon

Combine above ingredients in an electric mixer.

When well-combined, add:

1 Cup Olive Oil slowly. Beat until very well combined (or it will separate)
